The Role

We're looking for aNational Account Executiveto support our senior sales team and help manage key national retail partners including Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Costco, David Jones and Harris Farm across theMaggie Beer Productsportfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track sales weekly, monthly and at the end of quarter and ensure orders are delivered on time and in full for the retail channel.
• Manage suite of retail scan reports to track performance vs the market to enable the sales managers to turn insights into actions.

Category Management

• Deliver key data points, insights & competitive analysis to help strategy & category teams to drive category growth.

Account Management Support

• Work with our senior sales team to provide support to their customer base across a variety of areas.
• Manage requests through to completion including new line forms, artwork requests, catalogue submissions and product samples.
• Manage support associated with retailer meetings, including sample preparation, presentations, and submission forms.

Pricing and Promotions

• Prepare necessary documentation for selling through price & promotional deals.
• Maintain and update trackers and promotional clash grids.

Internal Liaison for Operations & Customer Service

• Act as a point of contact for internal and external supply chain and logistics functions to ensure smooth deliveries and communicate delays and other impacts as they occur with a view to finding solutions.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Understanding of local retail landscape (desirable).
• Microsoft Office expertise, particularly PowerPoint & Excel.
• 2-3 years' experience in related field and/or role (desirable).
• Ability to learn and understand our business, category and competitive landscape
• Aninterest in the gourmet food category or manufacturingis desirable.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a high volume of work and work to deadlines.
• A team player who is prepared to go beyond their defined role to deliver business goals.
