About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused individual to lead the operations of our Student Hub. As the Manager, Student Hub, you will coordinate day-to-day activities, ensure seamless delivery of student services, and foster a welcoming and efficient environment for all students.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Student Hub.
  • Lead the team responsible for managing and responding to student enquiries across all tiers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Ensure the provision of expert course advice and support to students.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Schools and other key service areas to support students to enrol and progress through their studies.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Supervise and support Student Hub staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
About You
  • Proven experience in student services or a similar administrative environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional student experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of university systems and processes is highly desirable.
Salary and Location

$136,958 to $143,228 p.a. (HEW 9). Ongoing, Full-time. Joondalup and Mount Lawley (City Campus from 2026), Bunbury Campus. Open to Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian permanent residents.
