FreshGro Baby Leaf Growers: We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Tractor Operator for the Hobart region, Tasmania.

Responsibilities
  • Soil Management – Head of groundwork duties.
  • All aspects of growing from ground prep through to harvest.
  • Plan weekly activities.
  • Rotary Hoe bed forming.
  • General maintenance.
  • Training in Row crop practices will be provided.
Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of tractor driving experience.
  • Willing to learn and take direction.
  • Be able to plan your work week.
  • Mechanical skills.
  • Team player.

To be successful in these diverse and challenging roles, you will need a can-do attitude and an ability to think outside the box. In exchange, you will receive training and support from a growing family-owned company.
