**About Our Client**
CoreStaff have a valued client in the Richmond area seeking a Horticulturist/Labourer to assist with multiple tasks across a number of sites of vegetable seed crops. A strong ability to work autonomously is required for this role in order to keep our operations running smoothly.

**About the Job**
This role consists of specifically managing a variety of seed crops. The successful applicant will ideally be experienced in the following:

- Chem Cert
- Tractor Operations
- Crop Management

The role will involve the following strenuous work:

- Weeding
- Planting
- Fencing

**Fulltime opportunities available after 6 months**

- Horticultural / farming knowledge and experience
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and time management skills
- The ability to work within a team and unsupervised
- Genuine concern for safety
- Physically capable of undertaking labouring duties
- Drivers license and own reliable transport
- Ability to pass a mobility / fit assessment
