Property & FM Coordinator

Beijer Ref Australia is a leader in global Refrigeration Wholesale & HVAC and strives to always be the preferred provider of sustainable refrigeration and HVAC solutions. This is a full-time role based at Bankstown Aeroport NSW, with some opportunities for remote work. The Property & FM Assistant will be responsible for managing property leases and facilities management related tasks, providing administrative support, and offering excellent customer service support to internal and external stakeholders including landlords and agents. The role has a clear succesion plan and will afford the succesful candidate a significant growth opportunity.
Responsibilities- Manage property leases and facilities management related tasks
- Provide administrative support
- Offer excellent customer service support to internal and external stakeholders including landlords and agents
- Support growth opportunities as part of the succession plan
- Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service and project management
- Experience in Property Management and Lease Administration
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Refrigeration & HVAC industry is a plus
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management or related fields are preferred
