What we need from you

Our ideal candidate will exude passion for their practice, be dedicated, confident, and well-versed in contemporary early childhood pedagogy and practice. In addition, we also require:

  • Completion of an ACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree (or higher) - Grad Dips need not apply.
  • Experience working in a high-performing role in a similar setting
  • Extensive knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and QKLG
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with all stakeholders
