Adeney Private Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Perioperative Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead our Day Surgery Unit comprising of our admissions, stage 2 and discharge area teams to deliver a new and unique model of healthcare.

About Adeney Private Hospital

Adeney Private Hospital represents an innovative approach to healthcare. It is a joint venture between a group of doctors and Medibank Private, with the majority of ownership held by the doctors. This structure allows us to deliver high-quality, affordable care. We are proud to be the first hospital in Australia aiming to eliminate out-of-pocket expenses for insured patients across all specialties.

As a short-stay hospital with four operating theatres, endoscopy suite and onsite radiology & pharmacy, we offer a seamless patient experience by delivering both prehabilitation and rehabilitation care outside the hospital.  Our key specialties include Orthopaedics, ENT, General Surgery, Colorectal, Endocrine & Breast, Endoscopy, Plastics, and Urology.

  • AHPRA registration
  • Contemporary theatre nursing leadership experience
  • Post Graduate Qualifications in Perioperative Care / Management & Leadership highly desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Australian private healthcare standards, current trends and their implications for patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Our commitment to quality and safety for our patients, staff and visitors is our highest priority.
