ARCway Careers is seeking a mature and confident candidate to join this team in Western Sydney as a Medical Receptionist Trainee.

This is your chance to gain valuable front desk and administration experience while completing a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business – Medical, fully supported and paid.

You'll work as part of a professional specialist hospital team, welcoming patients and supporting doctors and nurses in providing high-quality care. No prior experience is required — just a great attitude and eagerness to learn

What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients and visitors, providing professional front desk service
  • Answer phones, manage appointments, and process patient enquiries
  • Support doctors and nurses with accurate administration and records
  • Assist with correspondence, scanning, and data entry
  • Learn the essential skills to build a long-term career in medical administration
