Are you a motivated First Nations individual looking for a long-term career in banking? We have exciting opportunities for Bank Teller to join the Westpac Group team. This position in Rouse Hill requires someone who is passionate, customer-focused and who is ready to build a meaningful career in financial services.
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in banking and financial services
- Available to work a full-time work week
- Willing to complete a Certificate III in Financial Services (qualification is fee-free)
- A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn
Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face customer service in branch to personal and business customers
- Pitch sales of Westpac Group products and services and refer specialist inquiries
- Produce financial reports, transaction summaries and balance sheets
- Assist management and team with daily administrative tasks
- Conduct banking transactions, cash handling and EFTPOS
