Key priorities
  • Lead agile delivery across teams, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes aligned to business goals
  • Partner with Engineering Managers and Product Owners to streamline processes and drive customer-centric solutions
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement through data-driven insights and team collaboration
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and delivery metrics to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency
  • Coach teams to embrace a growth mindset, experiment, learn, and improve
  • Uphold safety standards, proactively manage risks, and contribute to a strong risk-aware culture
  • Champion Youi's values and help build an inclusive, high-performing team environment
About you - Experience & Knowledge:
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field
  • 7+ years in tech leadership, delivering agile software solutions
  • Strong grasp of agile and product delivery practices
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic problem-solver focused on scalable, high-performing systems
  • Up-to-date with compliance, security, and tech best practices
  • Must meet ASIC "Fit and Proper Person" requirements
Ways of working

Youi offers a hybrid model: in-office Tuesday to Thursday, remote Mondays and Fridays.

This role can be based at either our Headquarters in Sippy Downs or our Fortitude Valley office.
