The Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable professional to join this dynamic school environment. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial processing and compliance with education sector regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
  • Managing accounts receivable, including fee collection and follow-ups
  • Handling school financial transactions in line with department guidelines
  • Utilising CASES21 and Compass for financial management and reporting
  • Assisting with general administrative and finance-related tasks
Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in an accounts payable/receivable role within the Victorian education sector
  • Proficiency in CASES21 and Compass
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • A valid Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
