About the Opportunity:

  • 1x Full time Dental Assistant/Receptionist
  • We are conveniently located on Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick; just a 10-minute walk from Elsternwick train station, have various tram stops along the road and we're also close to public parking spaces.

The Heart of the Role:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
  • Deliver qualitychairsideassistance to our Dentists
  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Handling payments
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

  • Experience working at a Dental practice required
  • Passionate about customer service / patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
