What you'll be doing: Acting as the senior partner for clients - trusted to solve problems and deliver impactLeading campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channelsManaging and mentoring account service staff, supporting their growth and performanceWorking closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding workKeeping projects on track - managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring qualityIdentifying opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts What we're looking for: 5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agencyExperience leading large accounts and multi-channel campaignsStrong commercial awareness – able to manage budgets and spot opportunitiesConfident communicator who can influence and inspire both clients and teamsA proactive, collaborative mindset – solutions-focused and ready to lead Why you'll love it here: 9-day fortnight Weekly social activities & regular agency eventsMonthly and annual recognition awardsChristmas bonus leave & long-service leave perksSupport for your wellbeing with an external EAPA culture that blends ambition with genuine care What's next?
