What You'll Do
  • Own your sales quota and build a plan to exceed it through thoughtful, data-backed territory planning.
  • Identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities across the region.
  • Lead full-cycle sales engagements — from first outreach through deep dives, RFPs, pitches, and POCs — with support from pre-sales and demand generation teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders, negotiate terms, and close strategic, long-term deals.
  • Manage your pipeline with discipline and transparency, using CRM and data to drive decisions.

What Sets You Up for Success

We believe great Account Executives come from diverse backgrounds. You're likely to thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience in a hunter sales role, ideally within enterprise B2B software/SaaS or technology consulting.
  • A track record of successfully managing a complex sales cycle and closing high-value deals.
  • Experience selling into C-level stakeholders and navigating cross-functional buying groups.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — both written and spoken — in English and any regional/local languages.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • A Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
