Your role as a Home Lending Specialist is to deliver an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.
In this dynamic and high-impact role, you'll make your mark by:
- Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey.
- Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goals.
- Leveraging your credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes.
- Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, the branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers.
- Embracing an attitude of lifelong learning with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
- Building connections to support our customers and make our communities a better place.
This is a permanent, part-time position located at our Malop St Branch. The roster is 60 hours per fortnight, Monday-Thursday 8.45am - 5.15pm.
What you'll bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We'd love you to have:
- Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
- High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly.
- Highly developed credit analysis skills.
- An understanding of small business offerings.
- Consumer lending experience - this is essential.
