About the role
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in:
  • Ensuring compliance with all employment laws, workplace regulations, and HR best practice.
  • Partnering with team leaders to help structure their teams for success.
  • Guiding leaders to build self-sufficient, high-performing, and engaged teams.
  • Designing and delivering a skills matrix to identify capability gaps and upskilling opportunities.
  • Supporting professional development initiatives to strengthen our existing team's capabilities.
About you
  • Proven HR management or talent development experience, ideally in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and compliance.
  • Ability to coach, influence, and develop leaders at all levels.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
