At Busy Bees at Mitchelton, we believe strong leadership shapes the foundation for children's growth, educator development, and community trust. We're seeking a dynamic and committed Centre Director to lead our service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care for up to 94 children.

Your Impact as Centre Director- Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop and inspire a high-performing team of educators through coaching, mentoring, and support
- Foster strong partnerships with families and the local community
- Oversee enrolments, occupancy growth, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA)
- Proven leadership experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Centre Director
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and decision-making skills
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.16
