Your Role:

As a seasoned Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in managing various financial aspects for our diverse clientele.

Ideally we are looking for a full time candidate doing 38 hours a week, but will consider a parttime role.

From processing bank feeds, AR and AP to reconciling balance sheet accounts, reporting, advisory and meeting governance requirements, you'll have the opportunity to take charge of your work and treat each client's business as if it were your own.

You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide range of best practice apps and AI utilised in the industry.

With a focus on flexibility and autonomy, you'll be responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Experience: We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience. If you've run your own small business, we will appreciate the impact your expertise can make on clients.

Skill Set: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced excel skills), MYOB, Xero and payroll is essential.

Experience with Dext, Tanda, Deputy, Foundu, Canyou, Xbert, GovReports advantageous

Self-Motivation: Working from home demands self-discipline and the ability to meet deadlines without constant office support.

Prioritisation: Juggling the diverse needs of client and meeting crucial deadlines is integral to this role.

Ownership: You'll be entrusted with end-to-end bookkeeping responsibilities for allocated clients, treating their businesses as your own.

Collaboration: While we all work remotely, we continue to value periodic in-person interactions for team bonding and collaboration.
