We're growing and looking for an experienced, qualified Senior Bookkeeper/BAS Agent to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role suits someone who's client-focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys balancing hands-on work with leadership responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will:

Manage a portfolio of clients and provide end-to-end bookkeeping services

Lead, support, and review work from local and offshore bookkeeping team members

Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, payroll tax, and superannuation obligations

Process payroll, manage compliance, and support EOFY and external accountant preparation

Perform reconciliations, produce financial reports, and provide variance analysis

Set up and optimise accounting systems, workflows, and cloud software integrations

Willingness and ability to work onsite with clients when needed

Meet clients onsite or virtually, provide financial insights, and build strong relationships

Support internal operations through admin tasks, team collaboration, and documentation

What You Bring:

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior bookkeeping role

BAS Agent registration

Xero Certified with strong Xero and MYOB AccountRight experience

Excellent knowledge of payroll, GST, compliance, and reconciliations

Experience leading teams and improving systems/processes

Strong communication and organisational skills
