Based from our purpose-built Strathpine head office in Brisbane, this role is responsible for leading performance marketing across Paid Search, Google Shopping (PMax), SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display. 0 ll work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, and Merchandising teams to deliver quality traffic, new customer acquisition, and measurable growth.
- Lead a team of two specialists and manage agency relationships
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Align performance marketing strategy with business priorities
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement

- 5+ years of experience in SEO and performance marketing
- Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, SEM, and affiliate marketing
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or eCommerce (preferred)
