Job Title: Digital Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to drive global customer acquisition through paid media channels. This role works closely with an external media agency and internal teams to optimise campaigns and enhance performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise digital advertising across paid social, PPC, display, affiliate, and programmatic channels.
  • Develop and refine ad funnels, creatives, and messaging for international markets.
  • Oversee customer acquisition strategy, aligning budgets with seasonal trends and promotional initiatives.
  • Conduct performance analysis, audits, and reporting, providing key insights and recommendations.
  • Manage affiliate and programmatic advertising in collaboration with eCommerce and Brand teams.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising strategy within a consumer-facing environment.
  • Must have experience working with high budgets and executing full-funnel strategy planning.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns effectively.
  • Strong understanding of attribution tools and performance measurement.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
