As a key player in their digital transformation, you'll lead the strategy to shape the future of their digital performance and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Performance: Take ownership of digital performance across multiple platforms. Manage and optimize SEO, web analytics, and key performance metrics to drive business growth. Ensure that the digital strategy aligns with broader business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the website migration project across multiple brand platforms, ensuring a seamless transition that enhances user experience, engagement, and brand consistency.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results, focusing on performance metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide actionable insights to key stakeholders and adapt strategies to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
  • Agency Management: Lead and consolidate 6+ digital marketing agencies. Evaluate and monitor their performance, ensuring they meet business expectations and align with digital strategy. Cultivate strong, value-driven relationships with agency partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and hold agencies accountable for meeting agreed-upon KPIs. Develop and implement robust reporting frameworks to track agency performance and ensure transparency across all digital marketing activities.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and technology departments, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives. Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovations to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Advanced knowledge in SEO and web analytics
  • Expertise in performance marketing and AI/digital innovation
  • CRM and marketing technology stack experience
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in performance marketing and strong analytical skills
  • B2B marketing experience preferred
