The opportunity

Are you passionate about transforming maintenance systems, optimising processes, and driving operational excellence? We are seeking an experienced Master Data Specialist to join a project improvement team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enhancing asset reliability and efficiency.

About the Role

As a critical member of the project implementation team, you will work alongside cross-functional experts to optimise maintenance systems and processes. You'll focus on the review, cleansing, and migration of complex maintenance data, ensuring master data integrity, and streamlining job plans and scheduling practices for improved operational outcomes. Your work will be integral to driving continuous improvement in line with the project's goals for excellence.

What You'll Need

  1. Expertise in Oracle & Pronto ERP systems preferred.
  2. A strong foundation in electrical or mechanical trades preferred.
  3. Developing Functional Locations (FLOCs).
  4. Creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), Maintenance Plans, and Maintenance Tactics.
  5. Conducting Data Cleansing activities to maintain data integrity.
  6. Proficient in maintenance planning and scheduling, with a deep understanding of work management principles.
  7. Ensuring all maintenance activities align with master data standards and system design.
  8. Skilled in managing and maintaining technical documentation to support asset management processes.
  9. Experience working in a similar role within Mining or Heavy Industry.
  10. Extensive experience with heavy mining equipment / fixed plant assets.
  11. Strong analytical skills.
