As a Customer Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of customer master data and processes for our company's centralised customer account setup. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Master Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to making a sustainable future possible. You will work with stakeholders to ensure customer onboarding practices are maintained, engage in system development, acquisitions, and customer onboarding, and facilitate training for customer activations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer onboarding practices are maintained
  • Work in conjunction with project teams in relation to system development, acquisitions, and customer onboarding
  • Facilitate training for customer activations
  • Document work processes to support and educate the business
  • Conduct credit checks and assess risks
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders regarding outcomes of risk assessments
About You

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in customer master data management and governance in a large, complex organisation. You should have demonstrated experience in maintaining and analysing a large customer base across multiple systems, including Salesforce, MDM & JDE.

Apart from technical skills, we value professionals who can communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Strong background in customer master data management and governance in a large, complex organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining and analysing a large customer base across multiple systems (Salesforce, MDM & JDE)
  • Strong knowledge of commercial customer onboarding practices
  • Strong knowledge of credit scoring processes
  • Proven experience in understanding data integration between multiple systems
  • Previous leadership experience
