Georges River 16ft Sailing Club is making a big return this September – refreshed, reimagined, and ready to welcome the community back to the waterfront. We're on the lookout for passionate, reliable bartenders who thrive in fast-paced environments and love delivering great service with a smile.

As part of the Alt. Hospitality Group, you'll be joining a team that values energy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and serving a range of beverages – from crisp beers to classic cocktailsDelivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all timesKeeping the bar area clean, stocked, and organisedFollowing RSA requirements and promoting responsible serviceOperating the POS system accurately for orders and paymentsAssisting with bar opening, closing, and restockingSupporting your team during busy service periods

What You'll Need

RSA and RCGMinimum 1 year bar or hospitality experienceStrong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindsetAbility to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality serviceFlexible availability – especially evenings and weekendsA positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality
