You'll proactively engage decision-makers from top companies across Australia and New Zealand to sell delegate passes and boost event participation.Reporting to our Sales Director, this is a permanent full-time opportunity to be based in Sydney with hybrid working available.If you're a confident communicator with a hunger for results and a passion for connecting people to industry-shaping experiences—this is your chance to thrive.**Responsibilities:*** **Drive Delegate Sales** – Sell delegate passes to targeted senior decision-makers across multiple events.* **Lead Generation & Prospecting** – Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage new prospects.* **CRM & Reporting** – Maintain accurate records and track progress through our CRM system.* **Market Insight** – Stay across key industry trends to tailor your approach and add value to conversations.* **Pipeline Activity** – Meet daily outreach targets through calls, emails, and follow-ups.**Requirements:*** 2–3 years' experience in a sales role, ideally within the events, conferences, or exhibitions sector.* Comfortable with cold calling, and confident in building rapport and overcoming objections.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Degree-qualified or equivalent work experience.* Energetic, driven, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.* Bonus points for experience selling B2B or within the corporate training, professional services, or media sectors.**Work in a way that works for you**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
