An exciting leadership role is now available on our 30-bed ward specialising in caring for neurosurgical patients

This direct leadership role will see you supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and act as a professional resource, leader, and support person for your fellow team members, and to provide patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialised care.

About You

You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years' post-graduate surgical /medical experience
• Proven ability to always act as a positive role model and as a professional
• A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
• Post graduate qualification in specialty area desirable but not essential.

Remuneration

A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 2.1-2.4)
