Employment Services Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill this exciting opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing employment opportunities for clients, utilizing various methods to engage with job-ready individuals across the region, and maintaining up-to-date labour market information to develop strategies that meet the demands of shortage sectors.
- Reverse marketing of engaged job-ready clients to provide employment opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant labour market information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing employment opportunities for clients through reverse marketing
- Maintaining effective relationships with clients, peers, and relevant agencies
- Assessing labour market demand and supply, and developing strategies to address this
- Managing time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers, and relevant agencies
- Ability to assess labour market demand and supply, and build strategies to address this
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated high level professionalism, attention to detail, and compliance focused
