Opportunity

Join the Kieser Caulfield team as an Exercise Scientist, a role dedicated to educating and supervising our clients on the training floor to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage on the training floor by conducting 1:1 and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients
  • Apply scientific concepts (biomechanics, physiology, sports psychology, motor control) and evidence-based practices to support clients
  • Provide evidence-based advice on health, fitness, well-being, and physical performance
  • Develop and implement exercise prescriptions and plans for clients
  • Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients
  • Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury
  • Complete a range of administrative duties
  • Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science or a related field
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
Desirable
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Previous private practice experience
  • Previous experience with long term management of client outcomes in a strength training environment
