We are an energetic and passionate multidisciplinary team consisting of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Exercise Scientists, Dieticians, Doctors, Psychologists and Nurses who believe wholeheartedly in the benefits of a holistic approach to health and wellbeing at work. We are looking for another dynamic Exercise Physiologist to join our team on a full-time basis.

**Within your role, you will be responsible for a variety of services including**:

- Manual handling observations and training delivery
- Ergonomic assessments and training
- Individualised and group-based exercise warm-up, strength and conditioning programs
- Manual handling risk assessments
- Development of job dictionaries
- Facilitation of training and education across a range of injury prevention and health topics
- Health & wellbeing screening including heart health, body composition, spirometry, audiometry, and musculoskeletal checks.

**To be successful in this role you will have the following;**
- Degree in Exercise Physiology
- Current ESSA Accreditation
- Experience in Occupational Health (preferred, but not essential)
- Keen to drive and foster key relationships
- Passionate about Injury Prevention, Health & Wellbeing
- Positive and engaging attitude
- Presenting/Facilitation skills highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle
