Overview

Systems Co-ordinator - Warwick Farm or Smithfield, NSW. At Visy, we love solving problems. And that's something we do better working together. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Systems Co-ordinator to join our Visy Board NSW team, supporting site operations and driving continuous improvement.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, you will be the go-to person for ensuring site systems run smoothly — from safety and compliance to quality, reporting, and administration. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders will be key to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain site systems, including Noggin Safety Portal, employee training matrices, and maintenance records.
  • Prepare toolbox talks, reports, and visual management updates.
  • Support purchasing across VB NSW sites.
  • Assist with site events, inductions, and general administrative needs.
  • Provide cross-functional support to scheduling, dispatch, and purchasing teams.
  • Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all site procedures.
What You'll Bring
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with a proactive, team-focused approach.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • Accuracy in data entry and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
