Job Description

Refined Life is a well-established business with a strong presence in the Brendale community and we are on the lookout for passionate and motivated trainers to join our team. We offer flexible options with both generous rent and commission-based arrangements. You'll have the flexibility to grow your own client basis as well as join an established community. Additionally, there are opportunities to expand into personal training and online programming.

Job Description

Refined Life is a well-established business with a strong presence in the Brendale community and we are on the lookout for passionate and motivated trainers to join our team. We offer flexible options with both generous rent and commission-based arrangements. You'll have the flexibility to grow your own client basis as well as join an established community. Additionally, there are opportunities to expand into personal training and online programming.

Our dedication to serving clients from diverse backgrounds drives our passion for community-building. Our expansive 400-square-meter facility is equipped with specialized areas, including a functional space, a boxing ring, a strength zone, and a recovery zone. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch amenities, such as an Evolt body scanner and a wide selection of quality supplements.

At Refined Life, we believe that gyms are more than just places to exercise; they should also be nurturing communities where experiences matter. We genuinely care for individuals and emphasise building a strong sense of community.

While experience in the industry is preferred, we welcome applications from candidates with a current client base. We also offer bonus incentives for those who assist the gym and require a Working with Children certification.
