Job Description

High Definition is looking for a fulltime personal trainer/group class coach.

About Us

High Definition Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in the inner south of the ACT. We specialise in training women and have a passion for coaching and educating. Our ethos is to celebrate women in the gym, making them feel confident, strong and comfortable whilst in our care.

We are looking for coaches who share our vision and want to build a career in the fitness industry.

Our ideal candidate has

First Aid and CPR certificate

Certificate III & IV in Fitness

Previous experience with running classes and personal training or a willingness to learn

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A bright, positive attitude

Ability to inspire others

Ability to work flexible hours, including split shifts

Additional Fitness Qualifications Are Also Favourable

Role includes

Coaching classes / PT sessions

Mentoring and fostering relationships with our community

On going training and staff development
