We are seeking registration for qualified Mechanical Fitter and Electrician positions around Queensland (Crestmead, Malanda, Kingaroy).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and systems for emergency repairs and carry out preventive maintenance inspections.
• Improve workforce productivity by eliminating potential delays by technical support and fault finding of mechanical issues.
• Partner with others on shift to provide solutions to production issues.
• Active participation in Continuous Improvement and ad-hoc projects.
• Develop and implement safe systems of work without supervision and provide technical guidance when required.

About you

• Australian Trade Certificate and Qualification.
• Proven experience in industrial setting, ideally in manufacturing environment.
• PLC fault finding & SCADA knowledge (preferred for automation role).
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&ID's.
