Senior Test Analyst (Cloud, Integration & Data Migration) — Fully Remote

Location: Fully Remote (AUS time zones)

The Opportunity

Own end-to-end testing for cloud-first initiatives with heavy system integration and data migration streams. You'll define test scope, write and execute cases, coordinate SIT/UAT, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, design, and execute ST/SIT/UAT for cloud, integration, and migration workstreams
  • Validate access, storage & rules in cloud platforms (IAM/RBAC, policies, storage classes/ACLs, encryption)
  • Test APIs, events, and middleware (REST/GraphQL, messaging/queues) and manage end-to-end data flows
  • Manage defects/triage, risk-based coverage, traceability, and audit-ready test evidence
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Vendors; provide concise status/metrics to leadership

Must-Have

  • 5–8+ years in testing with strong STA experience in enterprise environments
  • Cloud concepts: access/identity (IAM/RBAC), storage (S3/Blob/GCS equivalents), policy/rules validation
  • Integration testing: APIs, microservices, event-driven patterns; solid understanding of envs & dependencies
  • Tooling: Jira/ADO/Confluence, Postman/Rest Assured (or similar), SQL for data checks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and clear written/verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation (UI/API) oversight
  • Experience with Kafka/queues, ETL tools (ADF/Glue/Dataflow), and basic performance/security coordination
