Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of projects.
• Analyse existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Elicit, capture, and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and define clear business requirements.
• Analyse current processes, systems, and data to design and deliver improvements.
• Translate business problems into practical solutions and technical specifications.
• Support project planning, delivery, and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business leaders across the organisation.
• Document user stories, workflows, process maps, and test cases.
• Maintain high standards of documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

What Experience You'll Bring

• 3–5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in any domain: risk, digital, customer, IT, operations, or transformation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• A curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience with Agile and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Proficient skills in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping and data models.
• Proven track record in supporting complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulated industries (e.g., insurance, finance, healthcare) is a bonus.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, or related field.
