About the Role

We seek individuals with dynamic personalities who can both delight and entertain our guests. Ideal candidates should possess an excitable passion for the hotel and hospitality industry, coupled with an eagerness to gain experience that will propel their career growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in the setup and execution of events, ensuring every detail is perfect, from dream weddings to corporate retreats and intimate gatherings.
  • We are offering casual roles for those hearty and ready to work within a high-paced hotel environment.
  • Support the team during event bump-in and bump-out, ensuring each event is as spectacular as the last.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role at a high-volume venue is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and a broad smile
  • A team player to help each other out
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a temperament to match.
  • Passion for the industry
  • To work in Australia, one must either be an Australian resident or possess the necessary working rights.
  • The capability to work mornings & evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
