We are looking for an experienced barista to prepare espresso based coffees. Work hours would generally be from 7am-3pm, 2-3 days per week with some weekend work required.

Further work hours may be available periodically.

Location: Bathurst, NSW

**Duties and Key Responsibilities**:

- grinding coffee beans using an automated coffee grinder and adjusting the grinder as needed
- preparing espresso-based coffee drinks, such as long black, flat white, latte and cappuccino on a range of milk types
- preparing other beverages, including tea, hot chocolate and iced drinks
- keeping coffee-making equipment clean throughout the day and following a procedure to thoroughly clean the equipment at the end of the day
- Adhering to and enforcing food safety regulations.

**Experience**
- At least 1 years experience working as a barista in a fast paced environment.
