About the Role

This dynamic role offers the opportunity to be a strategic business partner at the heart of the firm, collaborating closely with practice group leaders and non-finance teams to drive meaningful commercial outcomes. You will be the go-to advisor who transforms complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that empower leaders to make confident, informed decisions. By fostering strong, trusted relationships and enhancing financial literacy across the business, you will help embed a commercial mindset that fuels growth and operational excellence. Partnering with key project stakeholders and specific practice leads, you'll lead process improvements that drive efficiency, performance, and client satisfaction, making a tangible difference every day.

Duties (not limited to)

• Act as a trusted advisor to practice group leaders, driving commercial outcomes and operational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with principals to understand goals, guide decision-making, and enhance financial literacy.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights aligned with strategic goals.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and variance analysis to support senior management.
• Develop financial models for business cases, scenario planning, and strategy support.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Practice Groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and driver-based assumptions.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams. Ideally, you will bring experience from another professional services environment, with a strong track record of influencing non-finance leaders and driving commercial outcomes through insightful financial guidance. Your ability to build trusted relationships, communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and support business growth will be key to your success in this role.

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Tertiary studies in accounting, finance, business, economics or related domain
• Excellent MS Excel skills with, overall strong computer literacy skills, including the full MS Office suite
• Experience of business intelligence tools (preferably PowerBI)
• Experience in Budgeting/Forecasting/Planning tools
• Experience in a business partner role, with strong commercial judgement
