Our Purpose

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, manages a substantial portfolio, working with some of Australia's largest organisations, including Australia's top insurers, large Federal and State government departments and other key agencies including the Department of Veteran Affairs.

About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Psychology (Masters Degree - completed 5th year)
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASA or ASORC
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management and communication skills

The Role
  • Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances
  • Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career
  • Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
  • Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educating employers on the health benefits of good work
