About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Level 2 Support Technician to join the Enterprise IT Team. This role is crucial in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems to ensure our team can perform their tasks efficiently. Responsibilities include maintaining system functionality, documenting solutions, and collaborating with other technology teams to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ticket Resolution and Documentation: Resolve escalated Level 2 tickets promptly and professionally. Ensure all tickets are closed and reference material is provided.
  2. Network and Infrastructure Support: Perform daily systems maintenance, monitor performance across networks, manage user accounts and permissions (including hybrid AD and Entra ID), support infrastructure like Juniper switches, Cisco ASA firewalls, AWS tunnels, and Windows servers. Implement patching, backups, and configuration baselines per change management practices.
  3. Collaboration and Development: Work with IT professionals to resolve complex issues, develop support and administration processes, and participate in infrastructure changes.
  4. Compliance and Security: Maintain secure configurations using Microsoft Defender and SentinelOne, enforce MFA, Conditional Access, and password policies, contribute to phishing simulations and regional training, and maintain audit documentation for SOC 2 and PCI-DSS.

About You

  1. 2-3 years of Level 2 IT Support experience with relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, Microsoft 365 Expert, Juniper).
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure, and familiarity with EDR / MDR platforms like Microsoft Defender and SentinelOne.
  3. Solid knowledge of IP networking, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
  4. Experience with HaloITSM, Atera, and remote troubleshooting tools.
  5. Ability to follow change management procedures and conduct root-cause analysis.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to produce clear documentation.
  7. Able to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.

Additional Considerations

Some lifting (up to 20kg) may be required.

Salary

80k-$100k base salary + super (depending on experience).
