  • La production d'énergie (usines de valorisation énergétique des déchets, méthaniseurs, centrales biomasse, géothermie, solaire…)
  • La distribution d'énergie (réseaux de chaleur et de froid)
  • Les services énergétiques (maintenance ou travaux d'efficacité énergétique, gestion multi-technique de bâtiments…)

Spécialisé dans la maintenance, le dépannage et les travaux sur équipements sanitaires et thermiques, MUST, filiale du groupe IDEX, intervient dans les logements privés en alliant savoir-faire et proximité. Forts de plus de 600 collaborateurs répartis dans 15 agences, nous opérons principalement sur le Grand Est et l'Est parisien.

Nous recherchons un agent de maintenance multiservices F/H pour assurer l'entretien des installations et la petite maintenance des équipements.

Basé à Magenta (51), vous partagerez le quotidien des collaborateurs du service.

En intégrant la Team Idex, vos principales missions et responsabilités seront les suivantes :
  • Electricité : contrôler et diagnostiquer les installations électriques, remplacer l'appareillage, remplacer des luminaires,
  • Plomberie : effectuer des petits travaux de plomberie, remplacer des vannes, robinets, mélangeurs, mitigeurs, siphons, dégorgements, débouchage de siphons des équipements sanitaires,
  • Menuiserie & serrurerie : réaliser la maintenance des volets roulants, et persiennes (remplacement de manivelles, poignées, sangles, crémones, etc.), remplacer des serrures, poignées de portes et cylindre, rabotage et détalonnage de portes, remise en jeu et réglage de portes et fenêtres,
  • Ventilation : entretenir et nettoyer les équipements VMC,
  • Assurer la maintenance des équipements dans les logements et en parties communes chez nos bailleurs.

Pour maximiser vos chances de réussir chez Idex, vous devez avoir :
  • Expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans le domaine sur un poste similaire
  • Diplôme en génie climatique, thermique, énergétique ou équivalent
  • Permis de conduire B
  • Habilitations électriques : BR, B1V, B2V et BC idéalement.
  • Force de proposition dans la gestion et l'optimisation des installations clients
