My client is a family business that has grown to become one of the Inner West's biggest success stories Built on a strong philosophy and genuine care for their customers, this team are the local experts that have provided top service for generations. Operating out of open planned offices amongst a hub of cafes and busy lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join a growing department of approximately 15 diligent staff members.

The Role :
  • Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 250 properties
  • This role is PURE relationship management
  • Maintaining relationships with landlords / owners
  • NO arrears – these are automated
  • NO ingoings
  • NO leasing
  • NO routines
  • NO accounts
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
  • All compliance is looked after
  • Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
  • Offshore administration support
The Candidate :
  • Previous Property Management experience
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Own car and driver's license
  • Must be very diligent with their own portfolio
  • Ability to work with KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Great presentation skills
  • Motivated self-starter
