This role will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring strong financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
The Opportunity As Senior Property Manager, you will oversee the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio, working closely with internal asset management and finance teams, as well as external service providers.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality property outcomes, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving value across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Manage the performance, presentation, and compliance of a commercial asset portfolio.
Oversee lease administration, rent collection, arrears management, and lease documentation.
Coordinate inspections, WHS and building compliance, maintenance, repairs, and capex programs.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations while monitoring financial performance.
Support strategic asset initiatives including refurbishments, sustainability programs, and marketing campaigns.
Implement and enhance systems, procedures, and service delivery standards.
Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders, leading engagement initiatives to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Deliver clear, timely financial and operational reporting to stakeholders.
About You We're seeking a property professional with proven experience managing commercial assets within a portfolio environment.
You will bring strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to balance day-to-day operations with strategic delivery.
