About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing SalesTech and edtech startup is looking for an adaptive and entrepreneurial technologist to join its co-founding team of two. As part of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development of the SaaS platform.

This exciting and varied role will involve 70% development, 20% product and 10% project management, and the strategic direction of the product roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Ongoing development of the SaaS platform (70% of role)
  • Product direction and roadmap planning (20%)
  • Project management and sprint execution (10%)
  • Define technical tasks and run sprint retrospectives
  • Lead and coordinate an offshore development team
  • Manage cloud-based infrastructure
  • Prototype mobile and web solutions
Desired Technical Skills
  • Hands-on with .Net Core, Python, Blazor, Azure DevOps
  • Architect scalable, high-traffic systems across mobile and web
  • Develop integrations with third-party systems
  • Prototyping of mobile and web solutions
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing dev teams in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise SaaS projects

  • A motivated self-starter
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Compensation and Employment Model
  • Equity-Only opportunity at this stage; a market salary will be paid when funding is received
  • Side hustle consideration if startup is prioritized as primary focus; 1 day per week to contribute toward bills
