Whilst ads management or SEO are our ideal departments you're most confident in, you're open to diversifying your skills across other digital departments such as AI, email marketing, social media, website building and creative (to name just a few).

You're wanting to learn fast with support from a highly talented team of mentors who can take you to the next level of your digital marketing learning. You either apply now because you have the skills, and want to teach some of our team, OR you're a gun at learning, wanting to improve your skills to grow.

For example, we have mentors in our team who are ranked by Google as Google Ads top advertisers, coupled with other team members who have Masters in Marketing, Data analysts turned Advertisers and eCommerce store owners. We even have a Chartered Accountant in the mix. Collaboration is a core value, so get ready to lean on and learn from our experienced team, whilst we also learn a thing or two from you too

Expect The Following:

What: As a key member and keyword warrior of our marketing team, you will play an important role in account and client management for our growing team, as well as other digital strategies for our growing clients. This includes analysis and reporting, client relationship building, marketing strategy, copywriting, ad platform optimisations and creative direction. We're a team of cross training, collaborative and always learning individuals that get on well together.

When: Monday-Friday. Minimum 3 days in the office with 2 days (optional) work from home. You must have an excellent at home internet connection and at home office working environment.

Where: Our office is located just off the highway in Tweed Heads (Northern NSW / Southern Gold Coast, QLD). Perfect if living on the Gold Coast or around Byron Bay, Cabarita Beach and Tweed Heads. Open to applications from the Sunshine Coast as we have a new Sunny Coast office too, but ideal candidates can work in our head office in Tweed Heads weekly.

How: Read more if you truth or dare, then apply We are open to full-time out of the gates or part-time, growing over the course of the next couple of weeks or month(s) to a full-time position. Start date is likely now, or earlier if you applied yesterday.

We have an AI division, departments for SEO, paid ads, email marketing, website, socials, video and content production and branding too. There's never a boring day and if you are stagnating, learn something new in a different department. We encourage cross training so if you take (up to) a 6 week Europe holiday, our team can cover you and you can galavant around the world without being bothered.

Don't know all there is in digital marketing? We're down to teach and mentor you if you have the attitude and passion to learn fast. We run weekly training sessions with our team, having consultants come in for all kinds of reasons so that you can keep a finger on the pulse with digital evolutions. Everything from SEO, Ads, Email and even sales consultants running lunch and learns. We even had a mortgage broker speak to some of the team last year as there was a few people buying houses.

We have been a 1% for the Planet Member and are currently support endometriosis and men's mental health as our two causes we care most about this year. Giving a portion of all our revenue to charities we believe in. Giving back and conscious business practices is at our core because marketing for greedy brands isn't fun.
