In this key role, you would carry out necessary maintenance, repairs, and testing of our healthcare equipment. This equipment would include beds, patient hoists, wheelchairs, motorised scooters, and a wide range of medical equipment and health aids.

Location: Moorebank NSW branch

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent (Permanent Part Time will be considered for the right candidate)

Reporting: NSW Service Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Preference for a Mechanical or Service Technician background or field experience within the healthcare or service-related sector.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of communication and professional customer service.
  • The ability to work independently with strong time management, punctuality, and administrative skills.
  • Current and valid Driver's License and willingness to travel to meet client requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with the highest level of skill and customer service.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and concise service records.
  • Maintain servicing equipment and the company vehicle in good condition, ensuring inventory is adequate.
  • Become an expert on our products, staying up-to-date with new features and offerings, and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs.
  • Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Australian Standards and Company Policy.
  • Fully maintain company van, mobile, and laptop.
