Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold food safety and quality standards.
  • Drive operational excellence and a positive work environment for the crew.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
