The Coffee Club is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to join our friendly team on a casual basis at our Charlotte Street venue in the Brisbane CBD. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in multitasking, we want to hear from you

Who are we?

From the very beginning The Coffee Club was founded on family, friends and customer needs. The idea was to create a place that was more than just somewhere for people to meet for coffee; it would be more casual, comfortable – yet sophisticated, stylish – yet affordable. Now serving millions of loyal customers as one of the world's largest Australian café chain. The Coffee Club is part of Minor DKL Food Group who is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL.

What is the role?

This role allows your leadership skills to shine, while working alongside your team. Someone who understands that at The Coffee Club we are serious about connecting with both our customers and our team. So if you're a Shift Leader at The Coffee Club you need to have the following attributes:

  • A People Person – you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
  • Proud – you take pride in your organisational skills, enabling you to run a smooth shift;
  • A Leader - you lead by example, inspiring your team and maintaining The Coffee Club standards.

These roles require applicants to have flexible availability and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
