We are recruiting for a Product Manager in our Accelerator Brands (Kiehl's, Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics) team, focusing on brand growth through engaging media, PR, and digital strategies across our portfolio.

About The Job
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop broader brand and product strategies.
  • Monitor customer strategies alongside the commercial team and oversee retail material implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines to maintain brand identity and purpose.
  • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights, sharing findings with Senior Management to guide new product development.
  • Work closely with commercial and retail teams to ensure proper product understanding and recommendation to boost sales.
  • Drive business performance by establishing strong cross-functional working methods.
  • Analyze market and customer data to respond swiftly to trends and leverage insights for growth.
  • Understand market context and trends to identify engagement opportunities internally and externally.
  • Lead launches and growth initiatives for key products, utilizing product, market, and consumer expertise.
  • Manage brand budget, ensure sales forecast accuracy, and communicate effectively with senior management.
About You
  • Experience in end-to-end marketing, brand execution, and trade marketing.
  • Background in the beauty or retail industry, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and data analytics.
  • Experience working with media agencies and managing briefings.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Self-motivated and efficient in time management.
